We are a family business, specialising in prototype and development plastic injection moulding and tool making, excelling in complicated projects. We serve a broad customer base from all industries, regularly gaining new customers, mostly via personal recommendations. In conjunction with new product development, over 1500 mould tools are stored for production of short and long moulding runs to order. A wide range of plastics including ABS, PP, PA6, HDPE, PC, PMMA COC, PA66, PC/ABS, PEI, PPS, PBT, and TPE  are used to fulfil customer's requirements.

Established in 1951

Robert Frost established the business in 1951 and it has steadily grown ever since. Initially he manufactured models and instruments but his engineering skills increasingly led to work with injection moulds and mouldings. The company grew around his love of problem solving and rising to challenges. Over 50 years later, we have earned a reputation for quality, reliability and value for money.

All our work is carried out in-house in the UK. Your injection mould tools are stored here ready for your production orders.

Prototype tools can be modified to cater for increased production at a later date.
