• Retained since 2002 with no non-conformances raised at the annual external audits indicating our commitment to quality.
• Updated to ISO9001:2008 in 2010 which offered the opportunity to re-examine our Quality System and further improve our processes.
• Quality is not seen as an option but as a business requirement. We constantly re-examine our service and have a continuous cycle of improvement.
• Quality and reliability are engineered into the product design and manufacturing process right from the outset.
• Bespoke computer system maintains comprehensive records of all the machine settings, polymers, tools (and associated core-pullers and jigs), components and production runs.
• Production is independently and repeatedly checked and recorded by our Quality Supervisor to ensure that each part is identical to the customer approved sample.
• Any non-conformance is rigorously investigated to prevent re-occurrence.
